Reservations: Please allow at least 4 weeks for party reservations. However, if you request and we have an opening we maybe able to provide accommodations.
Deposit: To reserve your party date, a 50% retainer of your total and a signed contract must be secured prior to any services being performed by Everlynn Events. Deposits are non-refundable.
Forms of payment: For your convenience, payments can be made online via HoneyBook.com using a valid credit card or bank transfer. Cash option is also available.
Balances: Remaining balance is due two weeks before event date.
Cancellations and Refunds: If event is canceled, the 50% initial retainer will not be returned. Any cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 2 weeks prior to your scheduled date or you will be responsible for paying the full amount of services agreed upon in this contract. Once final payment has been made, there will be no refunds. We are not responsible for inclement weather, acts of God, or other situations that may cancel or postpone your event. Please note that we will make every effort to accommodate date changes to your event.
